Insulation Takeoff Technician (Sales Track)

Compensation: $16/hour plus production pay for completed takeoffs

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Insulation Takeoff Technician (Sales Track) .
This position is designed for someone who wants more than a desk job. The successful candidate will learn the technical side of insulation and spray foam estimating while developing the skills needed to transition into a commissioned sales role.
You will work directly with project plans, builders, general contractors, architects, and developers to identify opportunities, perform takeoffs, and support our sales and estimating efforts.
Individuals who demonstrate strong initiative, communication skills, and business development ability may advance into an Outside Sales Representative position.
