We're seeking skilled operators with experience in flexographic printing, pressure-sensitive labels, Mark Andy presses, or industrial printing and die-cutting equipment. Here's What We're Offering$23–$27 per hour, based on experienceFirst shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PMFour-day workweekFull-time employmentOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k), life insurance, and paid time offWhat You'll DoSet up and operate flexographic printing presses.Produce high-quality pressure-sensitive labels.Operate printing, die-cutting, rewinding, and finishing equipment.Maintain accurate color, registration, and print quality.Read production orders and job specifications.Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections.Work with your team to meet production goals.What Makes You a Good Fit?Two or more years of printing press or related production experience preferred.Experience with flexographic presses, Mark Andy, CEI, or comparable equipment.Familiarity with pressure-sensitive label production or die cutting.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.Have commercial printing or label converting experience but haven't operated a Mark Andy press?
