\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, with a focus on delay and cost issues
\n• Oversee the preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major infrastructure and commercial projects
\n• Provide expert input and strategic guidance on complex project disputes
\n• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and supporting business development efforts
\n• Play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region, including contributing to winning new work
\n \nRequirements
\n• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum
\n• Proven track record in leading expert appointments or supporting expert work
\n• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
\n• Ability to contribute to business development and bring a book of business
\n• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred
