Indoor Environmental Consultant – Las Vegas, Nevada

Safeguard EnviroGroup is seeking an experienced Indoor Environmental Consultant to join our growing team in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing building inspections related to mold, asbestos, lead, bacteria, and other indoor environmental concerns . This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities

The Indoor Environmental Consultant will be responsible for:

• Performing on-site asbestos and lead surveys
• Conducting indoor environmental investigations, including mold, sewage, and smoke damage assessments 
• Preparing detailed proposals and scopes of work 
• Writing clear, accurate final inspection reports 
• Communicating professionally with clients, contractors, and team members 
• Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the inspection process 

Experience with mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is highly preferred.

The right candidate may have the opportunity to take on additional leadership and management responsibilities within our hygienist services division.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of field experience in indoor environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, construction, or a related field 
• Experience with building inspections involving mold, asbestos, lead, or other environmental hazards 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record 
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed 
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work 
• Ability to: 
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • Climb ladders and stairs 
  • Access crawl spaces and confined areas 
  • Stand, walk, drive, stoop, kneel, and perform physical field activities for extended periods
